The Basilica of the Blessed Sacrament is a Roman Catholic parish church in Colonia del Sacramento, Uruguay.
The parish was established on 2 February, 1680, and the present church dates to 1810.
The 1810 church was destroyed by lightning and restored between 1836, 1841, and 1976 by architects Jose Terra Carve Antonio Cravotto, and Miguel Angel Odriozola.
